CLEANING & CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To keep this clean gently wipe your bracelet over the surface with a cotton wool ball to remove dirt. Rinse with clean water by dipping the bracelet into a bowl of lukewarm water without detergent or by wiping with a damp swab. Blot dry using paper towels or a soft cloth. Avoid spraying perfumes directly onto your jewellery.

We will despatch as normal but once it leaves our warehouse and is in Royal Mail's possession - it is beyond our control. We will not in this instance be able to refund any delivery charges if your item is delivered outside of the timeframe.
Delivery times for some items including Hot Diamonds, Emozioni, Maserati, TW Steel and Baume & Mercier are 4-7 days (unless stated otherwise) but can take up to 12 days due to some stock coming from Europe. Ti Sento delivery times are up to 21 days. Please check for delivery times for each item on the checkout page.
US, European & Worldwide Delivery
Orders arrive within 5-12 working days, but can take up to 30 days in some areas.
Please allow up to 10 working days after the scheduled delivery time for items to arrive and before notifying us of a non-delivery.
On ocassion, it is possible for shipments to be delayed by a few days whilst they make way through the postal system. Once a shipment leaves our warehouse, we are at the mercy of the courier. Priority orders have tracking visibility and so we can often see where these shipments are. Standard deliveries have no tracking information and so there is no visibility once it leaves our warehouse.
If you order has not arrived after 10 working days after the exptected delivery date, we can open a case with the courier to locate the shipment. After this time, we would work with you to resolve the issue, either by sending out another shipment or refunding your order.
