Delivery Times for the UK

  • Royal Mail Standard : 1-3 days
  • Next Working Day Delivery (including Saturday's)*: Delivery before 1pm (on selected items). Order cut off time 2pm

We will despatch as normal but once it leaves our warehouse and is in Royal Mail's possession - it is beyond our control. US, European & Worldwide Delivery

Orders arrive within 5-12 working days, but can take up to 30 days in some areas.

Please allow up to 10 working days after the scheduled delivery time for items to arrive and before notifying us of a non-delivery.

Late or Delayed Shipments

On ocassion, it is possible for shipments to be delayed by a few days whilst they make way through the postal system. Once a shipment leaves our warehouse, we are at the mercy of the courier. Priority orders have tracking visibility and so we can often see where these shipments are. Standard deliveries have no tracking information and so there is no visibility once it leaves our warehouse.

If you order has not arrived after 10 working days after the exptected delivery date, we can open a case with the courier to locate the shipment. After this time, we would work with you to resolve the issue, either by sending out another shipment or refunding your order.
