If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Shades of Time, we are happy to provide a full refund or exchange within 28 days assuming that the goods are in a perfect and saleable condition with original product packaging and instructions where appropriate (Please note that due to hygiene reasons we are unable to refund or exchange earrings).

If returning by post, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they are received at our distribution centre so we recommend using a registered postal service and retaining the proof of postage. Shades of Time is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit. Due to being located in the Channel Islands a free returns postage label does not yet exist - we therefore ask that you email us a copy of your postage receipt and we will happily refund the cost via PayPal. Unfortunately our card payment provider only allows us to refund up to the value of the order, this is why we opt to use PayPal for all postage refunds.
